Memorial Day - North Conway, NH
Remember. Honor. Salute. To all who have paid the ultimate sacrifice serving this great country and protecting our freedom, thank you. We will always remember, honor and salute the fallen. Don't forget what this day is really about. — in North Conway, New Hampshire Quiet Spring Afternoons at Hampton Beach - Hampton, NH
It's not very often that you see Hampton Beach without even one single person on it, especially during a beautiful spring day like today but, this is how it has looked for the past two months now. With restaurants opening for outdoor seating today, hopefully it won't be long until we are back out here enjoying this long overdue BEAUTIFUL New England spring. Hampton Beach - "Official" — in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire Waiting at the Wentworth Marina - New Castle, NH One of the the things I am most looking forward to is finally seeing all these boats leaving the marinas every day and cruising around the Portsmouth Harbor once again. Can't wait to get back to it!

While April didn't go by as slowly as March did, it seems like this might finally be the month we slowly start to get some of our everyday lives back. Hopefully we'll be able to enjoy mornings like this on the beach again, meals and drinks with friends and once all of this rain passes everything will be grown in. This is the month that things start to turn for us. This weekend will be beautiful, so find a spot you can legally enjoy the outdoors and prepare for a great upcoming couple of months outside!! — in Rye, New Hampshire Star Island - Gosport, NH
Saddened to see the news that Star Island will not be opening this year for the first time since World War II. This one of a kind island is always an awesome place to make memories during the summer and they do an exceptional job of keeping it running in tip top shape, but unfortunately the Isles of Shoals will be closed for the summer. "You may be wondering if Star is going to get through this crisis – will the island and the Star Island Corporation survive? The answer is yes, and this is because of the strength of our community. While the COVID-19 pandemic is dealing a major financial blow, we have held strong for over one hundred years. Through many significant challenges, including the 1918 influenza pandemic, two World Wars, and the island opening late in 2007, we have risen together as a community. We will rise together again." As we all know, the State of Emergency in NH just got pushed back another two weeks to May 15th. As of tomorrow we are one month into this thing. I've been keeping myself extremely busy (working) and I hope that you're all doing the same. We're almost there, just over two more weeks. LET'S GO!!! — at Badger's Island Stormy Spring Sunsets at the Wentworth By the Sea Marina - New Castle, NH
