End of October Atop the White Mountain National Forest - Albany, NH
So glad to get one last foliage hike in before the rain and winds this week most likely ended the 2020 foliage season. Can't recommend this one enough if you're looking to get outside this weekend!! — at Boulder Loop Trail The Rooftops of Portsmouth from The One Hundred Club Balcony - Portsmouth, NH

Another one of the best days on the Seacoast, one that was very missed this year. Yesterday was the "Drive In" Apple Harvest Day in Dover, here is a photo from last year's which brought in close to 60,000 people. Very hard to imagine a scene like this looking back on it now. Hoping that the 2021 Apple Harvest day looks more like this!! — in Dover, New Hampshire Cabins and Foliage - New Durham, NH
There's just something about log cabins and fall foliage together... — in New Hampshire This Weekend atop Indian Head, Mount Pemigewasset - Lincoln, NH
Absolutely incredible views from the top of Mount Pemigewasset this weekend. Great way to spend the day! — at Indian Head Trail Yesterday at the Hairpin Turn - Lincoln, NH
Quick story, I've been heading up north to get this shot during peak foliage for close to five years now. Every time I tried there was something different that kept it from happening. Too rainy, too dark, not enough foliage, etc. Yesterday looked like it was going to be another year of missing out as it rained most of the morning and the storms the day before knocked most of the leaves off the trees. Fortunately we decided to stick around and wait the rain out and make the most of the day. With an incredible hike. So happy to finally share this - hope that you were able to get out and see some of the foliage this weekend! Thanks everyone!! - Devin — in New Hampshire Swinging Into October - Kennebunkport, ME
October? That can’t be right, how is that possible? Is it just me or does it feel like we should still be in August? Happy October everyone! — in Kennebunkport, Maine |
